About Me
Pat Calloway
Coach, Therapist, Author
For over 25 years, I have been working as a licensed mental health therapist and have helped thousands of my clients to overcome roadblocks to success and achieve their goals. In that process, I realized that women suffer a lot because of the age-old mind conditioning that keeps them stuck and doesn’t allow them to achieve their personal, business and financial goals. Through individual and group coaching, I am on a mission to elevate women to the level where their mind becomes their ally in helping them achieve their life and career goals.

As a mindset coach, Pat will be instrumental in helping you to overcome limiting beliefs and design personalized plans for building the life that you want. By providing guidance and tools, she helps identify and challenge the deeply ingrained negative thought patterns that may be holding you back. Working collaboratively with you, she will help you to reframe these outdated beliefs, replace them with empowering and positive ones tailored to your goals and values.
